All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity and are strictly for wholesale to retailers. For our most competitive pricing, we offer tiered rates on orders of 250,000 to 500,000 shells, and our most significant discounts are available on orders of one million shells or more.

Horizon supplies wholesale to retailers only, and purchases require a valid dealer’s license. To place an order, you must provide a current dealer’s license, and it must have at least six (6) months of validity remaining on the order date. Licenses expiring within six months cannot be accepted. All orders are subject to license verification and we may request additional documentation. Orders will be processed only after successful verification, unverified orders may be placed on hold or cancelled. This policy applies to both new and repeat customers, and updated license details must be supplied upon renewal. We reserve the right to decline any order that does not meet compliance requirements.
