Hanns-Louis Lamprecht
Before co-founding Horizon, Hanns-Louis had already established himself as one of Namibia’s most dynamic young industrialists. He founded Lamprecht Ammunition Manufacturers, the first fully licensed ammunition production company in Namibia, which he built independently from the ground up. Specialising in high-quality shotgun shells, the company broke new ground in a highly regulated sector with no prior local precedent.

Charles Loots
Charles holds an Executive MBA from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Science in Ecological Economics from Edinburgh University, and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Stellenbosch. For the last 25 year he has been in the mining industry at various senior levels. A competitive shooter and a qualified professional hunter, he brings over two decades of field insight to Horizon’s ammunition design and testing.

Warwick du Preez
Warwick du Preez has over 30 years of experience in business and leadership development.
As co-owner and lead facilitator of Dyna Training (Pty) Ltd for 28 years, he gained deep insight into fostering business growth in new markets.
His passion for extreme long-range shooting and hunting, along with a yearning to continue the Namibian adventure, led to his investment in Horizon.
