Horizon Ammunition was established in 2022 by co-founders Hanns-Louis Lamprecht, Charles Loots, and Warwick du Preez.
The company is rooted in a passion for precision engineering, self-reliance, and sustainable resource use, values brought by Hanns-Louis Lamprecht, who previously founded Lamprecht Ammunition Manufacturers, the first fully licensed ammunition production company in Namibia.
This entrepreneurial spirit helped create a company committed to shaping a new standard for Namibia’s arms and hunting industries.

Who can purchase Horizon Ammunition?
Horizon Ammunition operates strictly as a wholesaler and does not sell directly to the public. Our products are available exclusively to registered gun dealers.
What types of ammunition does Horizon offer?
We offer a full range of shotgun ammunition, including the Original L-Shot Buckshot for security and hunting, the Original L-Shot Wing & Game for small game and bird hunting, the L-Shot Trap for competitive sports, and the versatile PANGA for general utility.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We supply retailers on a wholesale basis only. All orders are subject to a minimum order quantity. For our most competitive pricing, we offer tiered rates on orders of 250,000 to 500,000 shells, and our most significant discounts are available on orders of one million shells or more.
